CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


ABC (Absolute Beginner Class)*

Not sure where to start? Come as you are and have fun! This class breaks it down in a safe space. Learn the lingo, basic alignment of postures, simple breathing techniques and how to use props to support your yoga practice. Join us for an exploration on the mat, ask questions and learn what works best for your body. Class size is limited to 10 students and is only offered once a month. ALL LEVELS YOGA FLOW

The style of this class, traditionally known as Vinyasa, is designed to help build strength, increase flexibility and improve balance. This class supports the balance of mind-body connection through breath and movement. All Levels Yoga Flow is best for students with basic yoga knowledge.

SLOW FLOW*

In this class we connect mindful-movement and breath, focusing on the transitions between each shape.  Poses are held longer to build internal heat, and plenty of options are offered to add challenge or ease. This class is designed to build strength and stamina paired with balance and control. (Beginner-friendly)

GENTLE YOGA + SOUND*

This class is designed to help you create openness in the body and mind. It combines dynamic movements, gentle stretching and deep breathing to dissolve physical and mental tension. The last fifteen minutes of class will finish with a super comfy, restorative savasana (corpse pose) or various restorative poses using props to support the body in deep relaxation paired with singing bowls. (Beginner-friendly)

RESTORATIVE YOGA*

Restorative yoga is a series of poses designed to completely support the body in stillness to assist deep relaxation, healing, and rest. The body is held in the safety of a still room with props including bolsters, blocks, and blankets. This practice enhances the body's natural healing abilities to restore more efficiently and dissolves the residue of everyday stress. Restorative yoga poses are not about stretching the body, they are about opening to collect nourishment. (Beginner-friendly)

BARRE 45

Combine the benefits of yoga, Pilates and ballet in this upbeat and energizing class! This is a full body workout designed to tone all the major muscles groups with isometric holds and high reps of small range movements. Enjoy the benefits of cardio, light weight training and constant core strengthening as you move and groove to fun, uplifting music! This class also uses a ballet barre throughout the workout for balance and flexibility. No dance experience required, and modifications are offered for every level of experience!

BARRE 60

Combine the benefits of yoga, Pilates and ballet in this upbeat and energizing class. This is a full body workout designed to tone all the major muscles groups with isometric holds and high reps of small range movements. Enjoy the benefits of cardio, light weight training and constant core strengthening as you move and groove to fun, uplifting music! Same exact format as Barre Basics, but add a 15 minute bonus for more strengthening and stretching!

YOGA STRONG

Yoga Flow + Weights + Cardio! This is a fast paced, full body workout with high reps. Combine the benefits of free weights, cardio bursts and Vinyasa Yoga. This class is an excellent compliment to your existing yoga practice as it strengthens all the major muscle groups needed for strong yoga postures! This class includes moves like squats, lunges, burpees, push-ups, and more. You should except a difficult workout, but it's not impossible!
