Yoga Flow + Weights + Cardio! This is a fast paced, full body workout with high reps. Combine the benefits of free weights, cardio bursts and Vinyasa Yoga. This class is an excellent compliment to your existing yoga practice as it strengthens all the major muscle groups needed for strong yoga postures! This class includes moves like squats, lunges, burpees, push-ups, and more. You should except a difficult workout, but it's not impossible!

Meet your guide Denise Watson! RYT 200
Denise was introduced to yoga and its many benefits after no longer being able to participate in the high impact sports that she had enjoyed since high school. What began as new physical challenge soon transformed into a desire to expand and pursue the spiritual benefits of yoga as well. Soon after her Yoga Teaching Training at CorePower in Minneapolis, she began teaching at the Amery Fitness Center in 2010 where she has shared with yogis of all ages and abilities. Denise's classes are themed to support and engage the physical body, mind and spirit. She shares wisdom from her personal journey and her experience as a health coach, mindfulness expert, and addiction recovery specialist.
