Take your practice to the water and join us for a yoga class completely on Standup Paddle Boards! Challenge your balance and feel the strength of your core. Have fun, let go and explore your boundaries. What's the worst thing that could happen, you fall in water for a refreshing break!?
Class will begin with an introductory SUP lesson followed by a short paddle, allowing you to get a feel for balance and stability. Afterwards we will find a location to float and start our yoga practice on the boards! Please bring a towel, water bottle, sunscreen, and wear clothes you're comfortable getting wet in.
At this time we have 5 boards available for rent and an additional 5 spots will be open for students with their own boards.
