ABC Yoga Series (Absolute Beginner Class)

Everyone can do yoga! You don’t need to be flexible, a certain age or wear fancy yoga pants. This series teaches the fundamentals so you feel comfortable and confident on your mat. Come as you are and have fun! Join us for an exploration on the mat, ask questions and learn what works best for your body. Each week we will build off the foundations learned from the previous class. Each week you will be given a simple home practice to continue your exploration on the mat. After completing this series, you will be eligible to purchase one month of unlimited classes for only $30. (Offer must be purchased the last day of the series.) Class size is limited to 8 students.
