BARRE 45: Combine the benefits of yoga, Pilates and ballet in this upbeat and energizing class! This is a full body workout designed to tone all the major muscles groups with isometric holds and high reps of small range movements. Enjoy the benefits of cardio, light weight training and constant core strengthening as you move and groove to fun, uplifting music! This class also uses a ballet barre throughout the workout for balance and flexibility. No dance experience required, and modifications are offered for every level of experience!
